Chargebacks

PlanPay is not liable for chargebacks and is not involved in the decision making of chargeback outcomes.

Chargebacks are facilitated between your payment gateway and the Customer's issuing bank (or card provider).

Under the Enterprise Service, as you (the merchant company) are handling payment processing as the Merchant of Record, you will have the sole responsibility to resolve disputes.
